Michael B. Poole, CPA

Michael joined Carver Moquist & O'Connor in December 2005 as a Tax Manager. His extensive experience covers a span of over 20 years in individual, corporate and partnership taxation. Michael also has over five years experience in accounting and consulting, during which he has worked with numerous small business clients.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Mankato State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) and Minnesota Association of Public Accountants (MAPA).

Professional Focus

Michael’s major focus at CMO encompasses all aspects of financial reporting, tax preparation, planning, and small business consulting.

Personal Interests

Michael resides in Shakopee with his wife and their two children. He enjoys hunting, camping, snowmobiling, and watching his children’s sports activities.
