Paul is a senior tax manager with Carver Moquist & O'Connor, LLC. He has 16 years of experience in individual, corporate,
partnership, and estate taxation. Paul has worked with closely held
business clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing,
wholesale distribution, and retail. He has extensive experience in S
Corporation and C Corporation taxation. In addition, he has helped small
business owners with their estate planning. Prior to joining CMO, he was
a tax manager for Blanski Peter Kronlage & Zoch, P.A.
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified
Public Accountants. In addition, Paul has been active in the state and
federal taxation committee of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public
Accountants.
Personal Interests
Paul resides in Eden Prairie with his wife and two children. Paul is on
the finance committee for his church and enjoys football, basketball,
and golf.
