Mark R. Leitner, CPA

Mark is an audit and accounting partner with Carver Moquist & O'Connor, LLC. He has over 20 years of combined experience in public accounting and private industry. In the industry sector, Mark has served as VP Finance for a privately held manufacturer and has had internal audit experience with a Fortune 500 consumer products company. Over his 14 years of public accounting experience, he has had significant involvement dealing with the financial and accounting issues facing privately held and public clients.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University. He has memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Personal Interests

Mark is an avid golfer, and enjoys waterskiing, hiking, kayaking and downhill skiing. He resides in Chanhassen, Minnesota with his wife, Sue, and sons, Joe and Josh.
