Jay is an audit and accounting senior manager with Carver Moquist & O'Connor, LLC. He has over 11 years of experience in audit and accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory services. He also has extensive experience in service, manufacturing, construction, printing, mortgage industry, franchises and non-profit organizations.

Jay received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College in Winona, Minnesota. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Minnesota Association of Public Accountants. Jay is on the Minnesota Society of Public Accountants Ethics Committee and also belongs to The Management Assistance Program for Non-Profits as a voluntary board member to its members.

Personal Interests
Jay, along with his wife and adopted son reside in Bloomington. Jay is a volunteer for several organizations including the American Cancer Society, American Lung Association, Minnesota Valley Humane Society Board of Directors, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, biking, running and working on his house.
