CMO Darcy Hartell

Darcy has been with Carver Moquist & O'Connor, LLC since 1994 and has been the office manager for CMO since 1996. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and bookkeeping, human resources, and overall office management. Before coming to the firm, Darcy served for four years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.

Darcy attended the University of Minnesota where she graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree. While in the service of the U.S. Government, she completed her Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of West Florida.

Professional Focus
Darcy manages the human resources activities of the firm and concentrates on office efficiency, improving internal processes and coordinating internal communications.

Personal Interests
Darcy, her husband and two daughters reside in Savage, Minnesota. She enjoys summer trips to their northern Minnesota cabin and playing bridge.
