Compensation and Benefits
CMO offers compensation and benefit packages designed to attract
quality people. All employees are eligible for our cash commission
plan as well as incentive bonuses. Our benefits for administrative
staff include one week of paid vacation after six months of service, two
weeks after two years of service and three weeks after five years of
continuous service in addition to paid holidays. Flexible vacation
schedules are available for all of our professional staff. We
offer competitive health and benefit programs to include medical and
dental insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Training
We offer a combination of internal training sessions, and outside
CPE to assist you in developing your skills. Specifically at CMO,
we have a partner/manager career counselor assigned each year to all
administrative and professional staff to provide input and assist in
tailoring an individual career plan that fits the goals and objectives
of each employee. We utilize this career development plan to help
identify outside CPE sponsored activities and client work that assist
you in reaching your stated objectives annually.

provide support for a number of our employees in various programs like
the CPA Review courses, MBA programs, Masters in Taxation programs, and

employees interests and expertise.

- Tax Supervisor. 3+ years public
accounting experience.
- Audit Supervisor/Manager. 5+ years
public accounting experience, CPA, strong audit/accounting skills,
supervisory and project management skills.
- Senior Staff Accountants/Supervisors.
Excellent opportunities for talented, goal oriented individuals with
3+ years public accounting experience. Candidates must possess
excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Seasonal Tax Preparers. Full or part
time tax return preparers needed between December and April. Desire
candidates with experience interviewing clients, producing high
quality returns, and reviewing others’ work. Flexible hours.
- Administrative Assistants. Candidates
must be reliable, focused, and organized with good interaction/people
skills. Word and Excel knowledge a plus. Previous accounting, legal or
other consultant work experience a plus.
- Seasonal Tax Processors. Full or part
time help needed between December and April. Tax return assembly,
other tax department administrative support. Will train, but previous
experience desirable.
