Michael (Mike) joined MTK, LLC as an Assurance manager in December 2004 and has over 24 years of public accounting experience. He has worked with a wide variety of industries and has extensive accounting, financial statement, and tax experience. That well-rounded background has helped Mike focus on small-to-medium-sized businesses, including start-up companies.

Mike was born, raised, and educated in Minnesota. He believes growing up in a large family with strong values and 7 siblings helps prepare you for the business world by becoming a better listener, sharing ideas, and striving for those win-win situations when resolving issues.

Mike resides in Plymouth with his wife and three children. During his leisure time, he enjoys golf, softball, reading, watching movies, and doing crossword puzzles. He also devotes his time in coaching his children’s sports teams and playing games with his family.
