Kevin is a partner with over 20 years of experience in business and individual taxation. Prior to joining MTK, LLC, Kevin was a tax director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers assisting emerging and SEC companies with their tax planning and compliance needs. Kevin has significant experience in assisting clients in such areas as ASC 740, research and development credits, multi-state tax issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin provides tax consulting and compliance assistance to businesses and individuals as well as public companies in a variety of industries. As a partner, he also mentors managers as well other staff by providing leadership and career development.
